Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 large can chopped green chilies
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In saucepan, saute onion in butter.
  2. Add chilies, soup and milk.
  3. Bring to a bubble; stir in chicken.
  4. Layer chips, soup and cheese in a casserole dish.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
