Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 onion, thin slices
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill leaves
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the cucumber slices with salt and leave to drain for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain off excess water.
  3. Put the cucumbers into a serving bowl.
  4. Mix together the sour cream, vinegar, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and fold together gently.
  6. Leave in a cool place for 15 minutes before serving.
