Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen spinach according to the package instructions. Drain well.
  2. Sauté chopped onions in butter until tender.
  3. Add cooked spinach to the onions and stir to prevent sticking.
  4. When the mixture is well heated, add mushrooms and sour cream.
  5. Heat for an additional 2 minutes and serve.
