Ingredients

  • small cukes to fill 1 gal. jar
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dry mustard
  • vinegar to fill jar

Instructions

  1. Fill a gallon jar with small cukes.
  2. Add salt, sugar, and dry mustard to the jar.
  3. Top off the jar with cider vinegar.
  4. Shake well to mix all ingredients.
  5. Let sit for a few days to develop flavor.
