  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  2. Drain well and put the potatoes in a bowl.
  3. Add butter, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Mash with an electric mixer for about a minute.
  5. Add approximately 1/4 cup milk and continue mashing until desired smoothness is reached.
