Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons chilled butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 egg white

Instructions
