Ingredients

  • 1 c. soy flour
  • 2 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Blend soy flour and water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Cook the mixture in a double boiler until it thickens.
  3. Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator or freeze until needed.
