Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. chicken thighs
  • 5 oz. soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Remove all skin from chicken thighs.
  2. Put soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and dry mustard in a baking pan.
  3. Mix ingredients with a fork.
  4. Add chicken thighs to the pan and coat them well with the soy mixture.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 2 hours, turning the chicken every 20 minutes.
