Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 lb. Feta cheese
  • 1 large cottage cheese
  • 1 box fillo
  • 1/4 c. cream of wheat
  • 6 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Thaw spinach.
  2. Drain spinach well.
  3. Mix cottage cheese, spinach and crumbled Feta cheese into mixture.
  4. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  5. Pour beaten eggs over cheeses and spinach; mix well!
  6. Add cream of wheat.
