Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand sugar-free lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold lemon-lime drink
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add the cold lemon-lime drink, lemon juice, and grated lemon peel to the dissolved gelatin.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8 to 9-inch square pan; cover and freeze for about 3 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and let stand for about 10 minutes.
  5. Beat the semi-frozen mixture at medium speed until smooth.
  6. Scoop into individual dishes and serve.
