Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 bottle sparkling water, chilled (1 liter)
  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, water, and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
  4. Remove cinnamon sticks from the syrup.
  5. Mix the chilled pineapple juice, lime juice, and cinnamon syrup in a large pitcher.
  6. Add the sparkling water and ginger ale to the mixture.
  7. Stir gently to combine.
  8. Serve over ice and enjoy.
