Ingredients

  • 1 gal. apple cider
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 3 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 3 whole allspice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large pan or kettle.
  2. Heat just to boiling and then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Alternatively, use a large coffee pot placing spices in a basket.
  4. Perk and serve.
