Ingredients

  • 1 c. fresh blueberries
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pectin in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and add fruit pectin.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Pack into sterilized jars.
  6. Seal.
