Spiced Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • light corn syrup
  • nutmeg
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla wafers
  • rum
  • ground ginger
  • confectioners
  • brandy

Instructions

  1. Crush vanilla wafers in food processor.
  2. In mixer, combine crushed vanilla wafers with confectioner's sugar and all spices.
  3. Add corn syrup, then brandy and rum.
  4. Mix until all are combined well.
  5. Roll into 1 inch balls and chill on baking sheets until firm.
  6. Roll in confectioner's sugar.
  7. Store in airtight container.
