Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can black-eyed peas
  • 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 oz. can chopped/diced jalapeo pepper
  • 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine black-eyed peas, black beans, corn, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, diced jalapeo pepper, and diced tomatoes with chilies.
  2. Season with Italian salad dressing and garlic salt; mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
