Ingredients
- 15 oz. can black-eyed peas ⓘ
- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained ⓘ
- 15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 4 oz. can chopped/diced jalapeo pepper ⓘ
- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with chilies
- 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt ⓘ
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine black-eyed peas, black beans, corn, chopped onion, chopped green bell pepper, diced jalapeo pepper, and diced tomatoes with chilies.
- Season with Italian salad dressing and garlic salt; mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
