Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup picante sauce or salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups Minute Original Rice
  • chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring kidney beans, water, and picante sauce to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  4. Fluff with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley if desired.
