Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash chicken wings, then season with garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon-pepper.
  2. Lightly flour chicken wings.
  3. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and almost done.
  4. Put fried chicken in a slow cooker, between high and medium.
  5. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken. Let slow cook for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Remove chicken wings from slow cooker.
