Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, chopped
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Melt the Velveeta cheese and shredded Cheddar cheeses in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until brown and crumbly; drain.
  3. Mix the melted cheeses and cooked sausage together.
  4. Pour the mixture into a well-greased Bundt or ring mold.
  5. Chill until the cheese mold is firm.
  6. Unmold onto a serving platter.
