Ingredients

  • 6 oz. bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup
  • 12 oz. apricot preserves
  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken

Instructions

  1. Combine Russian dressing, onion soup, and apricot preserves to make the glaze.
  2. Grill or broil the chicken until cooked through.
  3. Baste frequently with half of the glaze during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the remaining glaze for future use.
  5. Serve the chicken hot, optionally with additional glaze, and enjoy.
