Ingredients

  • 6 medium chicken breasts, boned and skinned
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Italian ham
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry wine
  • 1 chicken flavored bouillon cube
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Spread chicken breasts flat on a cutting board.
  2. Place Swiss cheese slices and Italian ham slices on top of each chicken breast.
  3. Fold the chicken breasts over the filling and secure the edges with toothpicks.
  4. On a sheet of waxed paper, mix flour and paprika.
  5. Coat each chicken piece evenly with the flour and paprika mixture.
