Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can light red kidney beans
  • 10 oz. can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Drain the kidney beans and combine them with the diced tomatoes and green chilies, beef bouillon cubes, and chili powder in a pot.
  2. Add half of a can of water (about 5 ounces).
  3. Simmer on low heat until heated through and flavors meld.
  4. Adjust seasoning with more or less chili powder to taste.
