Spicy Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 jalepeno peppers
  • 8 tomatillos
  • 3 clove of garlic
  • 1/3 bunch cilantro
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 400F
  2. slice tomatillos into quarters.
  3. chop jalepenos and cloves of garlic and add all to baking dish.
  4. drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. put into the oven, covered.
  6. remove from oven after about 40 minutes or when tomatillos are toasted.
  7. add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
  8. blend until smooth.
