- preheat oven to 400F
- slice tomatillos into quarters.
- chop jalepenos and cloves of garlic and add all to baking dish.
- drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- put into the oven, covered.
- remove from oven after about 40 minutes or when tomatillos are toasted.
- add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
- blend until smooth.
