Ingredients

  • 1 frozen whole boneless turkey breast
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher style salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put the turkey breast in a pan, skin side down.
  2. Combine garlic, black pepper, salt, and rosemary in a blender.
  3. Add olive oil and chop all together to make a mixture.
  4. Spread half of the mixture over the turkey breast.
  5. Bake the turkey on a rack in a roasting pan at 300°F for 1 hour.
  6. Apply the remaining mixture on the turkey.
  7. Finish baking at 300°F until the turkey is done.
  8. Use juices from the turkey to baste during cooking.
