Ingredients

  • 4 c. packed torn spinach
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 c. bacon bits
  • 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix the spinach and chopped nuts gently in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Blend all the ingredients except bacon bits to make the dressing. Toss the dressing with the salad.
  3. Serve immediately, sprinkled with bacon bits.
