Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 (17 oz.) can tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer green beans, sliced onions, and sliced potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Repeat layers.
  2. Pour tomatoes over the layered vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place pork chops over the tomato layer.
  4. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 1 hour.
  5. After 30 minutes of baking, baste the meat and vegetables well.
