Ingredients

  • 2 packets frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces goat cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together and pack into an oiled crockpot. Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for another 4 to 5 hours. This recipe is very forgiving, so make any changes you choose!
