Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 loaf round rye bread

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except bread, until smooth.
  2. Scoop out the center of the rye bread, forming a bowl.
  3. Fill the bread bowl with the spinach dip.
  4. Serve with bread cubes and crackers.
