Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Arrange layers of cooked spinach, cooked noodles, and 3/4 cup shredded cheese in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish or casserole.
  2. Blend the condensed cream of mushroom soup with milk and ground nutmeg; pour over the layered ingredients.
  3. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
