Ingredients

  • 10 oz. bag spinach
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly rinse, drain, and remove stems from the spinach.
  2. Place the spinach in a blender, packing it in tightly.
  3. Add oil, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and sugar to the blender.
  4. Cover and blend until smooth, about 50 to 60 seconds.
  5. Turn the blender on and off as needed to ensure thorough blending.
