Ingredients

  • bread
  • water chestnuts
  • green onion
  • lemon pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Squeeze water from the spinach and place between paper towels to pat dry.
  2. Mix the drained spinach with water chestnuts, green onion, lemon pepper, mayonnaise, and salt.
  3. Add more sour cream if necessary to achieve a proper spreading consistency.
  4. Trim the crust from the bread slices.
  5. Spread the spinach mixture onto a bread slice.
  6. Top with another bread slice and cut into triangles.
