Christmas Pudding Candy
A rich, sweet Christmas pudding candy combining dates, figs, raisins, coconut, and nuts, coated in coconut or nuts. Perfect for festive treats and gift-giving.

Instructions
- Cook sugar, cream, and butter to soft ball stage.
- Beat until creamy.
- Beat in fruit and nuts.
- If coconut is coarse, grind it.
- When well mixed, roll as for meat loaf.
- Wrap in dampened cloth, then in waxed paper and store to ripen.
- Allow at least 2 weeks before using.
- Slice into squares or grease hands and roll into balls.
- Roll in nuts or coconut.
