Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen spinach souffle
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Remove the frozen spinach souffle from the foil container and cut it in half with a sharp knife. Return one half to the freezer.
  2. Place the other half in a 1-quart casserole dish and microwave on Medium (5) for 2 to 4 minutes until partially defrosted. Mash it with a fork.
  3. Mix in bread crumbs, lemon juice, minced onion, and salt.
