Spinning Ham features a flavorful glaze of onion, catsup, orange marmalade, lemon juice, and mustard, perfect for roasting or rotisserie cooking to create a juicy, savory dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. hot catsup
  • 2/3 c. orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 c. salad oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and cook until onions are done.
  2. Remove casing from ham, score it, and roast 15 to 20 minutes per pound at 350°F, basting often with sauce, or cook on rotisserie while basting frequently.
  3. If desired, make a double portion of the sauce to serve with the ham.
