Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced peaches
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 can pear halves, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 can apricot halves, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 small jar maraschino cherries, cut into halves
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Pour the juices from all the canned fruits into a bowl.
  2. Mix cornstarch, melted margarine, brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of the fruit juices to make the juice mixture.
  3. Place the canned fruit in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the juice mixture over the fruit.
  5. Cover the dish with foil.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
