Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp.
  • 8 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 7 oz. can whole kernel golden sweet corn, undrained

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Grease 1 or 2-quart baking pan.
