Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 box Jiffy corn mix (8 oz.)
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix melted margarine, eggs, and sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Add both cans of corn to the mixture.
  3. Stir in the Jiffy corn muffin mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes until golden brown and set.
