Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 2/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. Saute meat in fat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boiling point, lower heat and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
