Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  2. Add white wine and beat with a mixer until well blended.
  3. Stir in chopped garlic, parsley, and chives (do not beat).
  4. Press the mixture into a 2-cup mold that has been sprayed with nonstick coating or cover with a container.
  5. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
