Brie With Raspberry Sauce

- Place the round brie on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 400°F for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until soft and warm.
- While the brie is baking, sauté chopped onion in a pan until soft, not brown.
- Add orange juice concentrate to the sautéed onion and stir well.
- Add raspberry preserves and cooking wine or water to the mixture.
- Simmer the sauce for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the baked brie from the oven and place it on a serving plate.
- Immediately pour the raspberry sauce over the hot brie and serve with crackers.
