Brie With Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 (5-inch) round brie
  • 1 jar raspberry preserves
  • 1 tsp chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
  • 1/3 cup cooking wine or water

Instructions

  1. Place the round brie on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 400°F for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until soft and warm.
  2. While the brie is baking, sauté chopped onion in a pan until soft, not brown.
  3. Add orange juice concentrate to the sautéed onion and stir well.
  4. Add raspberry preserves and cooking wine or water to the mixture.
  5. Simmer the sauce for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove the baked brie from the oven and place it on a serving plate.
  7. Immediately pour the raspberry sauce over the hot brie and serve with crackers.
