Spring Appetizer Pizza

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 4 ounces ham, cut into thin pieces
  • 34 cup chopped broccoli
  • 12 cup cucumber, slices quartered
  • 13 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 18 small red onion, cut into thin wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 8 triangles.
  3. Arrange triangles in a circle with points in the cnter.
  4. Roll out dough into a 12 inch circle.
  5. Bake 14-17 minutes.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, garlic, and lemon pepper.
  8. Spread evenly over crust.
  9. Top pizza with ham and vegetables.
  10. Cool.
  11. Cut into squares.
