Ingredients

  • 8 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. diced green onions
  • 1/4 c. diced green peppers
  • 1 c. garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. diced radishes
  • 1/4 c. diced cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; stir well.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and chill dressing thoroughly.
  3. Serve over salad greens.
  4. Yields 2 cups.
