A refreshing spring dessert featuring lemon gelatin, orange sherbet, whipped topping, marshmallows, and pineapple, perfect for light, fruity gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup orange sherbet
  • 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir boiling water into gelatin until completely dissolved.
  2. Add orange sherbet; mix until melted.
  3. Refrigerate about 25 minutes, or until mixture is slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in thawed Cool Whip, miniature marshmallows, and drained crushed pineapple.
  5. Pour into crust and freeze until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
