Instructions
- Place noodles in a bowl of boiling water. Let stand for 15 mins. Drain.
- Heat oil in a wok on high heat. Stir-fry 4 of the green onions and garlic 1 min. Add ground pork and stir-fry 6 mins, until cooked through
- Add remaining ingredients and cook 5 mins. Add noodles and mix well.
- Serve topped with remaining green onions and cilantro leaves.
