Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sole fillets
  • 1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus cuts
  • 3/4 lb. fresh asparagus, cut, cooked and well drained
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place fillets in a 1 1/2-quart utility dish.
  2. Sprinkle with thyme.
  3. Cover loosely with heavy-duty plastic wrap.
  4. Cook, covered, on full power for 3 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Drain.
