Ingredients

  • 1 round steak, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup mushroom soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package dry onion soup

Instructions

  1. Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with a layer of rice.
  2. Place the cut round steak pieces on top of the rice.
  3. Mix water and mushroom soup together.
  4. Pour the mushroom soup mixture over the steak and rice.
  5. Sprinkle dry onion soup over the top.
  6. Cover the casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
