Instructions
- Prepare 24 hours in advance.
- Combine all ingredients except steak and oil and mix with wooden spoon until dissolved.
- Gradually add the oil, stirring constantly.
- Put marinade in shallow container and settle steak into container, stirring twice to coat thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Turn steak occasionally.
- Remove and grill.
