Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef (1-inch chunks)
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1 c. salsa

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a Ziploc bag and mix. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Skewer and garnish with favorite vegetables and grill. Can be frozen. Thaw before grilling.
