Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cubed steak
  • flour
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut steak in small pieces.
  2. Dip in flour.
  3. Place in skillet to brown.
  4. Remove steak.
  5. In same oil, cook onions and garlic; mix other seasonings.
  6. Put meat back in skillet; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles.
