Ingredients

  • 6 (6 oz.) steak strips
  • 1/2 cup green pepper chunks
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small can chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Instructions

  1. Fry the sliced garlic in olive oil until almost done.
  2. Add the steak strips dipped in cumin and fry for 2 minutes on the first side.
  3. Turn the steak strips and sprinkle with Paul Prudhomme's seasoning.
  4. Cover the pan with green pepper chunks, sliced mushrooms, and chopped tomatoes.
  5. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes until vegetables have cooked down.
  6. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until hot.
  7. Serve the steak strips and vegetables with rice.
