Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage as for coleslaw.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add shredded cabbage to the pan and stir.
  5. Season with salt and stir well.
  6. Cover the pan and let the cabbage wilt.
  7. Taste and add more salt if needed.
